fresh mushroom dosage

i've never eaten fresh shrooms before and this is my first time growing. can anyone tell me a good average dose (in grams) for a level 2+ trip?

I don't know how accurate it is, but the dose calculator at this site might be able to help you out with that.

just take your regular dry dose and multiply it by 10 ie...3g dry=30g wet

I don't have a scale. One teaspoon of powered dried shrooms about equals one gram .So I use a level tablespoon of dried for my baseline session, more or less, depending on set and setting.

Question: Is there an similar volume-to-weight correlation for fresh picked? (finely minced?) So, 30 wet grams would be what, a quarter-cup?

hard to say for sure. Have never actually measured them that way

just eat some till you feel like you got a healthy enough dose in your stomach to trip..in my opinion dry shrooms suck..i can eat 4 dry grams and barely trip while the other night i ate three wet mushrooms wich was the equivalent to about a gram dry and i fried my ass off..i wasnt even expecting it..but it was cool anyway..haha

Well that doesn't make sense because dried shrooms should get you high practically as good as wet ones do... Whoever dried those did it the wrong way.

I notice no difference in them when i dry them with a fan and desicant.

Most of the time when you dry them they lose all of the psilocin. They still have most of their psilocibin but they lose some of that too. Best way is to eat them fresh hand-picked from God's fruiting chamber!
