Wheatstraw-where to get?

After looking at many pet and garden shops all i have been able to find is timothy cob hay.No body knows what wheat straw is. ANy suggestions where I can find some or any internet stoes? I live in texas and there are big bails of hay next to cow fields what type of straw/hay is that?

Well go to altavista image search and search for wheatstraw, watch some pics and compare them with what you see. Other way is going to a farm and ask people if there's any wheatstraw arround there. Can't think of anything else.
