cubes on agar candies???

i was eating some agar candies these days and ive seen one with mold growing inside... it was hairy, cottony and then: idea! could i use agar candies as growing media for cubes? that mold seems to like it... yeah, sounds silly but that would make things easier for everybody...

i hate witty sigs / if anything i say has something in common with reality, this is a merely a coincidence.

now im wondering how may of you freaks have tried to innoculate agar candies bcs of this post...
and now im wondering if its total foolishness or total scientific spirit... ;)

hi everybody! i dont wanna sound as stupid as ac or something but ive got to tell you this.
today my first innoculated agar candy has shown naked eye visible growth. they seem to like it. =)

simple agar candies... one of these days my psychiatrist gave me one... another day ive seen them in the supermarket... cheap... yummy...
about contams, when i opened it i noticed that some of them were contaminated with some cottony gray mold, so i discarded those. the innoculated ones have shown no sign of contaminants...

I still dunno what an agar candy is.  And have you ever noticed that mold also LOVES the coffee grounds that you leave in the filter in the machine for a bit too long?  Maybe you should trythat one too.  It could be worth tryying, but likely it is doomed to failure, try it and see.
