Grind dried mushrooms in an electric coffe grinder.
For one person take 1 cup of boiling water and the desired amount of grinded shrooms.
Put the shroom powder in 1/3 of a cup boiling water, stir and let sit for 5 minutes, stir again..
Filter through a fine mesh( a tea filter of coffe filter works fine).
Repeat the procedure with the filtered powder and 1/3 cup water 2 more times.
Combine the 3 extracts, let cool, add whatever you want to make the taste better and enjoy.
