time between flushes? - help

hey everyone, thanks for reading.

i cased my jars in potting soil/verm. and just harvested my last two shrooms from the first flush. (i assume so, since my casings dont have any more maturing shrooms). what kind of time frame should i expect before i start seeing a 2cnd flush? are there healthy signs i should look for in the casing? are there any special things i should do between flushes?

It took me like 3 day to see pins for my second flush. Now after a week one of my casings have fully grown out.
