Just innoculated 1st time ever

Wish me some luck guys, I hope I didn't fuck up the whole thing. A few errors on the way though... One of the jars cracked during sterilization in the pot, which led to nasty substrate all over the place. Don't think I injected as good as I could have...some other difficulties. All in all I stayed as close to the MMGG tek as possible.

Good luck man! I just had my first innoculation a little under a week ago and now i'm seeing some healthy patches of mycelium. :) Can't wait to birth.. you should keep me posted on how your shrooms are growing, i'd like to compare their progress with my own. What strain are you using? How many jars?

Yep. Me too - yay! On Saturday I innoculated 12 1/2 pints with PF classic. I'm using the MMGG but I'll do sea-of-shrooms when my cakes are ready to birth.

I'm using Micron Magick filters and I see happy growth in all twelve jars.

My friend recently innoculated some jars. In two weeks he has roughly 95% growth. Very fast. He is using B+ and Gulf Coast syringes ordered from 3M. He is very happy with the outcome and is looking forward to birthing the cake via normal PF tek.
