Innoculate with a shroom?

Seeing as I've apperently killed my spores with H2O2 and have none left, can I innoculate with a small piece of fresh mushroom cap/stem/mycellium?

You can clone from a piece of the stem or mycelia. You can use Uncle Lazlo's or the Honey Water-Tek. It's worth it to give your shroom stem or mycelia a one minute bath in peroxide. (3%) This is delicate work and requires the utmost in cleanliness, if not sterility.
