I find your remarks on cheese to be very uncultured. haha
Does anyone else find pleasure in eating all sorts of cheeses, from cow cheese to goat cheeses? Anyone have a favorite cheese?
I really enjoy the feta they soak in olive oil. Oh heaven!

never tried feta in olive oil. I like all kinds of cheese. I like trying cheese I've never tried before. I particularly like blue cheeses - Stilton, Gorgonzola, Cabrales, etc.

I like stringed mozzarella, and provolone and swiss on sandwiches. I won't eat american cheese on anything except macaroni and hamburgers. Brie and gouda are great on crackers with wine. Cream cheese on bagels. A&W root beer company sells fried cheese curds, specifically Wisconsin white cheddar.

Really Fresh Wisconsin Cheese Curds are the best.
if you have never had fresh curds i urge you to try them out. you know theyre fresh cuz when you chew em, they squeek in your mouth.

Yeah- I've had something labled as a white chedder I liked- I eat feta rather irresponsably I must say- but I've had some extra- soft mozzarella(sp- isn't that sad?) that comes from the fresh- food markets in the little balls- totally dissimilar to Wal-Mart pre-packaged deals.
