Mycellial Trip?

I hate to crosspost, but I'm unsure if this falls into the 'advanced' category.

I've got about 36 jars of various sizes in various states of colonizing for about 4 weeks. (The larger ones are the older ones.) The larger, 2pint-sized jars seem to have halted colonization. I've seen no progress in upwards of a week. When I open the jars to recycle the air, I see thick, fluffly white clouds of mycellium. I've seen teks that state you can trip off the stuff, but they don't use PF substrate.

In theory, could I borrow the top mycellium layer out of a few jars with a clean spoon, and get some type of favorable psychoactive results? I've done acid a few times, but never shrooms. Frankly I'm excited that the day is drawing nearer, but I'd love to sample a bit today.

Any thoughts?

dont bother witht that shit man, grow some fuckin shrooms...yer gonna waste some good cakes...besides if growing has halted before full colonization...there may be a bacterial infection that you really dont want to eat.
