OK I have 1 jar out of 2 that I experimented with sterilizing in the micro. 1 contamed early and one was late (I micro'd all the H20 out but added some later on) now this jar is showing rhizo's running around and colonization is pretty good its about 60-75% colonized. This morning a noticed a large pin growing against the glass even though this jar is always kept in my closet. Is the mycelium trying to tell me something?

your best bet is to wait as long as possible before birthing. So long as no contams are present then the pin can revert to being mycelium
