HELP UPSIDE DOWN CAKE!!!

I recently Inocculated 36 jars and birthed them all:
18 maz
18 Indian
I birthed them without any infection and things were going great until i noticed some picture postings on here and realized i put the jars upside down on the perlite. I always thought that the jar got flipped when placed in the terrarium dont ask me why its just one of those retarded things I do. Any I noticed that I had pinhead growin around the bottom rim of the cakes so I proceded to flip the over so the verm layer was on the top. Anyway i have some growing upright mostly the indian and some growing upside down mostly the mazatepec. My question is will the ever grow straight up, maybe on the second flush or will they only grow upside down some body help!!!!!

My friend puts the cake "upside down", meaning that the verm barrier that used to be on the top of the cake, sits on the bottom. Then she puts some more moist vermiculite on the top of the cake. Like puscle said, it doesn't really matter...
