Whoever it is that owns http://www.micronmagick.com this is for you
I am interested in ordering some filter discs from you but what I am not going to do is pay $10.00 for you to ship them to me in Canada. Unless they weigh a pound each it is not going to cost you that much to ship them to me. I dont know if you buy special boxes or anything but you can just send mine in a envelope -- hell i'll supply the envelope for you when I send that cash but I will NOT pay $10.00 just to get them mailed to me.

And you shouldn't, that is ridicules to charge
some one 10.00 for S$H, he sends them in a envelope anyways. They are excellent but I wouldn't pay 10.00 S$H from them ether!!

As a Canadian who lived in the central US for two years I've sent many a package and evelope from the US to Canada. There is NO customs inspection on plain envelopes. Just higher postage. You must be doing something strange to those envelopes if you're catching Customs attention. I suggest a standard letter envelope. It will only cost regular postage. Just dont go over a standard letter weight and mail using the USPS.

Oh yea and filter discs are not illegal so there is absoultly no problems with customs.

I am in no way bashing your business however I am exposing that your shipping methods are a complete ripoff. Why should I pay for something that I dont need. I have had regular mailed, medium sized envelopes with far more than the weight of filter disks in them send from the west coast to the middle USA in 3 days, and it only cost me *under* a dollar. Let me thank everybody that has offered to help me and and to say that I am looking in to it as I speak.

I really dont give a fuck how much it costs. What kind of idiot would pay that much? You would have to be insane. Why dont you acutally use your time wisely and figure out some better methods so we dont have to make the postal services rich. Oh yea, say that with that 200.00 I wanted to order some filter discs but some guys wanted another 10.00 for what I dont need to pay for. You can send me that shit for $1.00 and you know it. 2. I was never aware that I was poor.
3. Lets drop this now as I have proved my point. You should start offering lower shipping rates for those who want it. I really do not feel it is right to pay eight or nine dollers more than I should just to get them shipped to me. I really have no problem paying for the items.

Here's my 2 cents worth
It's pretty harsh to pubicly knock Nushrooms buisness. A lot of people don't seem to realise the time cost of doing seemingly small things such as mailing things.
And and top of doing this you're bitching about a measly $10 dollars!! Is it really worth it?
Fairplay to Nushroom, I'm going to order some when I start to grow and I understand that it might cost a little more to ship them internationally...it's just the way of the world.

Ok I said I wasent going to keep this going but hear my two cents:
I am not naive enough to let this guy rip me money for something that I dont need. Sure, mailing filter discs take time, but business also takes time, and this is business. If there was a business that made you money but didnt take time everybody would own one. Now it is only because this guy has given me some very uneducated postings I kept it going. I admit, I shouldnt have made this public but I hope now that people will see what he is doing. Its all about the fast money, isnt it?

Wow, how nice of you to bring back an old post. Anybody could see that I was ovbiously kidding, but your not anybody. Maybe a filterdisc is larger than a CD but the envelops I was sending in could have fit those easily, not to mention that they can be folded as CDs cannot. Moreover, they weigh far less than a CD. The conclusion is that it would not cost you $10.00 or anywhere near that to send them too me and have them to me in under a week, but you seem to insist on charging this so I ovbiously will NOT be ordering from you. That is the final line, and the uneducated posts were when you told me lies about shipping costs. so FUCK off and get banned again you bastard.
