I hope this is in the correct forum, if not please move it for me.
Can someone please direct me to a web site (or if you know just tell me) where i can find a description of the penalties for cultivating a fairly small amount of mushrooms in these states: washington, oregon, california? I've spent some time searching but the little i've found has been kind of hard to understand. Also, if you have roomates around the same age are they also held responsible even if they have nothing to do with it besides living in the same house?? thanks for your help

From what the kyle said at hightimes anybody in the house will be charged. I think it would depend on the judge i think that it is a stupid law. Best bet is to either go to great extents to keep it from them and tell them if they ever see you doing anything shady or illegal to bring it up to you before they open their mouth to anybody. If nobody knows knowbody can get you arrested. My roomates found out the day i got the spores cause i put a fake name on the package and they opened it, then showed my that they found two syringes in the mail. I was like uhh thats mine don't worry i dont do heroin, keep it on the downlow and don't tell anyone or i will make u regret it.

I asked a lawyer about this once. She told me that as long as evrything was done in personal space (i.e. your bedroom), then nobody else in the house would be charged. Keep in mind, if you share your bedroom with someone, they will get in trouble with you. Don't grow in your living room or hall closet, this would be considered common area and everyone in the house will go down with you!

If you're under 18 and living with your parents, and if you get busted growing an illegal substance, it's your parents who are going down, not you..
