Pressure cooker

i was at the walmart site cuz i wanna get a pressure cooker. how do i know if they will get up to 15 p.s.i.? and if not, can i use a lower p.s.i. for a longer time?

you certainly can! If its less than 15psi, just cook for longer...

Heres a jonnyshaggs tip for you. Go to EBAY. You can get a cheaper used pressure cooker that will do you great. You can probably get an 18qt pc for less then you could get a 4qt at wally world.
