Wal mart and wheat straw

What section is the wheat straw in at wal mart? and should I sterilize or paseurize when mixed w/ dung?

I have never seen it there, but if it was it would be in the garden section. I wouldn't sterlize it as that would invite molds and bacs. However Pasteurization with the dung maybe a good idea.
