Ok I m going to try my hand at this. What is the best shroom to start with? I m thinking about cubensis in a jar. Could someone define "substrate"? Also where should I order the syringe from?

i recoment a b+ strain for beginners.
a substrate jar is what you grow the mycelium in (basically the mushroom root)...for a substrate i recomend vermiculite and brown rice flour (organically grown)
For a spore vendor i recomend thehawkseye.com....or ralphster44....i havent ordered from him or anything but people here seem to like him

Any Psilocybe cubensis strain will do.

Substrate is something the mushroom mycelium can grow on.
