Help with a big dose

I am planning on taking 8 grams of shrooms. I have already tripped six times before with doses up to 6 grams, although they weren't as potent. I plan on eating them with some fruit after a nice mellow dinner of veggies and following them up with some tums and warm milk or some chammomile tea(sp?). Should I try to keep active after I take them or just sit and wait? Is there any breathing or physical exercies to calm down the stomach I could do? I have also heard of some herbs and/or extracts that would be calming, any suggestions?
I really appreciate the help.

As long as you stay cool you shouldn't have to calm yourself down. You say you've done 6g before, that's a pretty big dose. 8g is going to be nuts. Personally I'd just wait until they kicked in, relax in a comfortable space. Because when you peak on 8g, reality will cease to exist. You'll probably achieve ego loss if you let it happen. Also, I'm not sure of any exercises or anything to calm yourself down. Usually for me, I'll just take some deep breathes and remind myself whats going on, and why. Good luck, man. This should be quite the experience
You should definitely write us a trip report if you can.
EDIT: Just realized he was talking about his stomach and not his state of mind. Lol, just take what you can out of my post since I misread yours.

You shouldn't eat for several hours before hand if you're concerned about potency. If you have eaten mushrooms with food before, it may have scewed your dosage understanding.

Never shroomed before, but I have a perscription for promethazine. It really gets rid of my nausia when I eat some morning glories. But anyway... I imagine that this would probably help with the nausia you get from shrooms. There are a few OTC medicines that work for nausia (NOT pepto bismol or any of that crap), too.
