i want to do a straw log but when i do do i leave the cake whole or should i break it up???

Please before you try that with a plastic bag, look at my post that uses sock filter fabric instead... in my thread there is a link to the tek i used, and it is MUCH easier than illustrated in those link

thanx everyone who posted here. i have never experimented until now. once i got casing down, I just jumped into large scale and never tried anything new like you guys. the only thing i know is rubbermaid sized casings and pk cakes so thanx for the linx and advice. :thumbup:

Road kill, are you a member of the nook? Its free and i said that is a prerequisite to viewing the tek... but time spent registering is worth it for the tek, promise!
