What exactly do Cubies feed on?

I was wondering if anyone knew exactly what Cubies feed off of?
Like what is the chemical in brown rice that they like so much?
Someone said they liked glucose somewhat. But I was wondering
if anyone knew more specifically.

Cubies, like most fungi, are very adaptive and can use a variety of different nutrient sources for survival. I know that they can use a wide variety of organic sugars, as well as some nitrate sources and a variety of others. I don't know what exactly is in brown rice so I don't know what the mushrooms use.
