Check out some of the GeoCaches in your area. I forgot the damn URL for GeoCache, but people post them with the lat/long coords. Then you find them with your unit, take whatever present they have and replace it with something else. It's a great way to burn hours and hours of time.  I'm sure that when you are "riding around", you can do other things as well

Do you actually have it or have you just ordered it? I've been thinking about GPSs for a while and that model looks to be priced right and have a good number of the features I need.... Basically for geoCaching, hiking around the wilderness and tracking my progress on cross-state bike rides.

Oh, can you download more detailed maps into it?

I ordered it last night! They only ship overnight and two day, so I will have it tommorrow!

I have wanted one for the longest time, and this one has the features I need. I wanted the basic one, but this one is waterproof. Waterproof is a must for me and my camping ways.

It has a loaded map in it as well. You can't beat the price!

I'm convinced. Just placed an order for one myself, thanks for the heads up about this deal! It will be fun to play with on my road trip to Utah next month (Zion, Bryce, and Arches).

I do get lost, but that's not why I got it.  I got it for a few reasons....  the number one reason is for backpacking.  I don't really need GPS, but this one has an altimeter and barometer/thermometer, and a digital compass.

Its just a cool gadget, and I am wasting money like a man should
