yield is just a broad ranged word for quantity, the word yield isn't only used when discussing mushrooms.

but that doesnt mean that Orissa gives highest yield.

yes thats why i put size in there. i have not tried this strain yet but it seems if you could get even pinning with the bigger shrooms you would get more. how was the pinning on yours MushroomFriend?

no there is the same amount of nutes I dont think it will give much more
ask scatman and hyphae they highest yield is not equal to biggest mushrooms

my pinning was random, not too well, but I birthed it too late.

Medium and smaller shrooms are better then larger ones for overall yeild IME. Not that you cant get large yeilds of large shrooms if you use enough and/or the right kind of substrate.

it's a little hyped up in my opinion, funnylittleman. I've tried the KSSS and it doesn't live up to the expectations. It appeared to be a lot more potent than the other strains I've been growing, but it actually yielded a lot less. It's very sensitive and aborts at the drop of a hat. If you aren't after weight though, these shrooms are great for having fun because they certainly beat the shit out of my other strains for potency. that's just been my experience. 1.75g dried delivered a pleasant level 3-4 surprise.

And to NextKind's original post: I think the gist of what people have been trying to say on this thread is that different things work for different people, which means: Order a handful of different strains. Plain and simple. No doubt, one of them will stand out and that's the one you should focus on. Don't put all your eggs in one basket based on a recomendation from somebody who was no doubt growing in a different setup than yours. Why do you think that so many people here have a ton of strains under their belts?
