Well I must admit that is an odd question, but good for you for being on the safe side. Nope, no latex.

Well, no, admittedly I'm not 100% positive, but I have honestly never heard of any latex from a fungus. If you are really worried about it, I would suggest just having a benedryl or two on hand in case. But I am 99.6% sure there is no latex.

Latex is synthetic, not naturally occurring if I'm not mistaken.

Well there are different types of latex...synthetic and natural, such as rubber and opium.
Dunno which one he is talking about though.

Latex does occur in nature but not in mushrooms. One of my best friends is very allergic to latex and she can eat shrooms just fine, you're good to go.

I really don't know. I don't think there is any latex in MG seeds, but I'm just guessing.
What do you eat in normal life? How do you know there is no latex in the food you eat on a normal day?

Not to be insulting, but you should read up on what latex really is. if you know all about it, you can be confident in not eating it instead of wondering at every meal "does this have latex?".
