THREE OR FOUR DAYS IN FRONT OF A FAN AND THEN IN A DESICANT CHAMBER. IF YOU START WITH THE DESICANT CHAMBER THE DESICANT WILL SATURATE AND CAN TAKE TOO LONG MUSHROOMS WILL TURN BLACK.
