I was just kidding, green tea is really good for you..it has been used in the east for centuries...but I still think mushrooms are  better though...:lol:

not familiar with yerba mate, I have some special gunpowder green tea - from the temple of heaven right now, it's wonderful....

I don't think I have tried that herb before..I am sure it is good. I take multivitamins with some natural herbs in them too..them alone help me out a lot..I have energy all the time anyway...

haha, curse you for ressurrecting my topic, now I feel like a cup...


on a sidenote, I tried yerba mate, it's alrgiht, it's not green tea though, kinda tastes like clay, and loads pricier too.
