you missed www.campmor.com . they are the cheapest IMO.
there is always www.sportsmansguide.com but they sell mostly crap. I bought nice ultralight 8 point cramp-ons there a few years back for an amazing deal, so I always check the specials.

ya that's definitely worth mentioning.. you can find plenty of good quality non cotton layers for cheeeep at goodwill and thrift stores
I got a merino wool sweater and some good nylon windproof/rain pants for a grand total of $5
and I hate to say it but walmart is good for poly t-shirts.. $7 for a wicking poly shirts.. why pay more?
