Terms for searching for fungus
    #3777273 - 02/14/05 04:49 AM (13 years, 2 months ago)

What terms do you use?

Hunting, searching, scanning.

What do you call the experience when it isn't occuring?

A hunt, a foray, a nature walk.

I always use that term for ingesting mushrooms, not searching for them. Interesting.

I call it hunting.

The actual experience is a hunt or if I'm felling intellectual, a foray.
