What contam smells like dirty wet socks?

and doesn't interfere with growth?

Casing colonization is proceeding apace, but the smell is odd.
They were left to stew in their own excrement for a while, so i'm thinking that has something to do with it.
Any ideas?

That's my feet. Wet dirty socks, maybe a little diesel fuel. Who doesn't love John Deere?
