CDs/cassettes that you wish you had never bought
    #3774468 - 02/13/05 04:33 PM (12 years, 10 months ago)

I was thinking, my taste in music has stayed pretty constant over the years, but there are still a couple of albums that I look at or listen to and wonder what the fuck I was thinking when I bought them. For instance...

Coolio - gangstas paradise
(seemed like a good idea at the time)

Iron Maiden - brave new world
(I still like iron maiden, but this album has like 1 or 2 listenable songs at most and wasnt worth paying money for)

Cypress Hill - skull and bones
(severely disappointing)

Stabbing westward - darkest days

What are your regrets?

korn - follow the leader
limp bizkit - significant other
coal chamber - chamber music
a perfect circle - 13th step
cold - 13 ways to bleed on stage
finger eleven - the greyest of blue skies
incubus - morning view
stabbing westward - darkest days

[lots of second albums on there]

there's a lot more, but those stand out. i haven't been disapointed lately because i quit buying music before downloading. it saves a lot of money, disappointment and frustration.

Chumbawamba: Tubthumping. It's still in the cellophane like it was when I bought it 10 years ago. I still haven't opened it, and for some reason I still have it. I've moved to the other side of the country and back and also moved locally 3 times and I STILL HAVE THE STUPID THING.

Does anyone want a chumbawamba CD?

Tubthumping. :smirk:
Actually that was a pretty catchy tune.  But the album did suck.  And no I don't want yours, I still have one that I've only listened to once myself!
