NEW SUBSTRATE?!?!?!?!

Has anyone ever tried the non-pressure cooker substrate formula on The Hawk's Eye site???  It consists of:

20 tbls Vermiculite
10 tbls organic bran flakes
7 tbls BRF
3 tbls flax seed meal
bottled mineral water

If anyone can relate on experience with or opinion of this formula please respond and as always thanks for your help!:)
