i started with Golden Teachers and they are nice. i didnt like Mazatapecs but i know some people here like them
im pretty sure any cubensis strain you go with should be relatively easy...i remember B+ used to get recommended as a newb strain but I seem to hear a lot of people saying it sucks

venture out of cubies?
uhm does that mean u want us to pick from cubies or u mean to take the next step up?
im doing B+ for my first grow and its working out nicely so far. the big selling point of B+ is that it is very forgiving to less then optimal growing parameters...
as for stepping up i would suggest Copelandia (Panaeolus Azurescence) they grow in basicly the same conditions as cubes but are much more sensitive to slight deviations from the growing parameters.

thanks guys, i appreciate it... im (in the middle of) incubating cambodians and argentinas right now as we speak... and i think i quite possible found the best incubator (well for me) and other beginners on the face of the earth. im sure im not the only one that has done this before, but i thought i would like to share my findings with you guys... i went to meijer last night and went on a mission to find cool things that i could use for my experimentations... and i found a travel cooler/warmer, it has adjustable heat and cooling like that of a car, i just picked that up along with a 12volt dc/ac converter and i already have my thermo, let the heat rip before putting my shrooms in to find the optimal heating setting, and ive found it perfectly at 80 (fluctuates to 81.5 or so) and it seems to working out awesome. bad part is, theyre pretty pricey, luckily i just got back my tax returns. i picked it up for $79.99 at my local meijer. i would take pics but the only camera i have right now is my camera phone, and it takes decent pics, but i could take some if u guys wish. and i estimate it holds about 20 if not more 1/2 pint jars. i have 6 in there with a TON of room left over... and ill edit my sig...
1 more thing, i was looking into the pan cyans as my next venture because im going to be casing the next time around... so would bulk substrate be optimal for pan cyans or would jus good ol brf cakes work just fine?
