[French identit?, from Old French identite, from Late Latin identits, from Latin idem, the same (influenced by Late Latin essentits, being,, and identidem, repeatedly), from id, it. See i- in Indo-European Roots.]
So its a question of what you choose to identify with, and why you choose to identify with it? Extending that, why it benefits you to identify with it, and questioning what it is that is doing the identifying in the first place?
By identifying with one thing, isn't it therefore necessary to identify with everything? What is "to identify", in the first place?
To identify something, you therefore relate yourself to it..... thereby furthering the definition of yourself....
So, ja, identify with everything, even the concept of nothing.
If I should die this very moment
I wouldn't fear
For I've never known completeness
Like being here
Wrapped in the warmth of you
Loving every breath of you
