I used dryer vent hose, dryer hose clamps, nuts and bolts, vent hood replacments, duck tape, saran wrap, gloves and 30 gallon tub
Total cost 20 bucks

uh.. dont you need some sorta hepa filtration? thats basically just a closed box... how do you know its clean? i could be wrong tho

Im pretty sure you can just spray the shit out of it with lysol or alcohol/water mix before you use it..

yea thats what i figured. altho with lysol you can get mutations ive heard. still a pretty nice little setup. better then mine, since i dont have one. :lol:

yea that what i was going to do was just going to use 91% percent alcohol but didn't think of useing water mix should i be mixing it or striaght iso work

Yeah, I would prolly use alcohol/water mix and not lysol inside a glovebox..

id say half and half.. just to be safe. straight alcohol would likely be better though.. id use a fine mist and just spray it all in there

ok cool thanks guys and another ? agar gave me free spores but there in vacutainer if i wipe the needle with iso and stick it in there to draw up a syringe would the iso kill the spores

use a flame and get the tip of the needle red hot. that way its gonna be sterile and wont kill too many of the spores.

btw.. wtf's a vacutainer?

you know those things that the doctor takes your blood with. Like a little vial, they hit ya with a needle and it sucks your blood out into the little test tube..I think thats what hes talkin about.
