why do some member's names show up red, while others show up black?

mmm.... no i think it has to do with how long they've been a member. Click on a black profile, and you'll find that the member registered back in 2000, for the red ones registered in '01. This is just an educated guess based on looking at a few random samples.

Well , it can't be the year, cuz product's name was red when i clicked and jebus's was black, and you both signed in 01.. maybe it does mean online..

Red denotes Administrators, Green Moderators, blue/black users.

I think that anyone who registered after the change over in Febuary will be blue, anyone from before that is black... But I'm not sure of that.

It had to do with when you signed up. All new posts should be Red-Admin, Green-Mod, Black-User
