I've been working out for about 2 years now, your right , It feels great! I hit weights 3 times a week, cardio 3 times a week, not including the racquette ball on wednesdays and the Mt. biking on Saturdays or Sundays. the eating is what took the most work at. and its the biggest part.
Mushrooms is all I do, no pot, no cigs, some drink everynow and then though.
Keep it up, you'll look good, feel better and it pays off in the Summer time!!!!

Just now, actually. I work out just about every day. I began doing it as part of my New Year's Resolution. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I do upper body work, and Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, I work on my lower body. And I do 30 mins. on the Stairmaster every day.

No exercise tonight, but I'll be up at the gym at 6 am tomorrow.
I lift on a regular basis, tho with no specific routine. It's crazy how revitalizing one week in the gym can make me feel.
My job requires a LOT of physical labor and I prolly walk 10 miles a day at work/school.
I refuse to run, I just can't do it after all the running I did with track, field hockey, soccer, and basketball. I wuss out and hop on the ellipitcal machines groovin to some celine dion with all the chunk housewives.
I just need to get rid of this belly fat... :P

If you stick to a 40-40-20 macronutrition diet, that belly fat will be gone in a flash! Trust me.

Yea, that will bulk you cleanly. Thats only if you're wanting to add a little mass to your frame. I spoke a little soon I guess, maybe your just wanting to cut the flab off.

This base site is the only fitness site you'll ever need, its ALL there.
To keep an eye on what you eat, go here

Its a little tedious at first but once you get use to using it, you're good to go. Its worth it.

6+ miles per hour? Thats not walking...thats jogging! Unless you're one of those speed-walkers who looks like a complete moron!

as long as randolf aint wearing one of those floresent jump-suits, i wont laugh at him.
6 miles per hour is definetly joging for most people.
