The Virginia state house has voted to outlaw the trend of wearing trousers so low that underwear hangs over the top.
"Underwear is called underwear for a reason."
"Most of us would identify this as the coarsening of society,"
"To vote for this bill would be a vote for character, to uplift your community and to do something good not only for the state of Virginia, but for this entire country," he added
FUCK YEH!

I like how fashion is all about getting as close to nude as possible without getting nude. Everyone would hate it if we all had to walk around totally nude, the guys would be embaressed of their small dicks and the girls would be embaressed that perverted weirdos are jacking off as they walk by. Ah, the perfect society.
The penalty for wearing your pants around your knees should be to go naked for the day. Thats what its suggesting right?.."im so cool" or "im so hot that i can wear my pants below my boxers/thong...but i dont wanna show everything" Well I say, lets see it all if you think you are so bad ass. lol

How about just not giving a fuck about how other people wear their clothes?
If somebody gets angry when they see a low beltline or even someones whitey tightys, its a problem with their defunct nervous system, not the other person's fashion.

I like how people like to simplify things they don't identify with into derogatory terms.
This particular fashion trend doesn't even actually expose more skin than regular pants wearing, but apparently the elderly's pants are tightly wrapped around their chests, and cutting off circulation to their brains, and they're unable to rationalize that.
Maybe they should pass legislation requiring sweater vests and bowties as well.

lol, easy killer. I didn't know this was some kind of special symbol. I guess im just not "in the know". My fault, I was never one for fashion statements. Its like now how the "pre-soiled" jeans are in fashion now to make it look like you are rugged and shit. heh, that stuff cracks me up.

what a joke of a law..
the penalty for being cool is having your pants fall down as you walk, busting your face on the sidewalk, and getting laughed at for being a tool. as it should be.
(pre-soiled jeans may be cool, I couldn't tell you, but I doubt that REAL soiled jeans are.. what a shame ive got a shitton of the latter!)

State bans unpasteurized milk products http://washingtontimes.com/business...92924-9352r.htm
Virginia dairy farmers no longer can sell cheese or butter containing unpasteurized milk under a new state law that went into effect at midnight. The law will protect the public's health, advocates say, but smaller dairy farms are worried that the new regulations could force them to close. The rule, with several other regulations, is part of a bill written by the state's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and recently signed by Gov. Mark Warner.
Virginia Senate rejects gay marriages http://www.roanoke.com/news/roanoke%5C18203.html The more conservative House of Delegates is likely to follow suit today in voting for a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriages
Fail to report miscarriage to cops in Virginia within 12 hours ? go to jail, pay $2,500
Well not yet, but if Delegate John A. Cosgrove has his way, you will. He has proposed HB1667 that requires any woman who experiences ?fetal death? without a doctor?s assistance to report it to their local law-enforcement agency within twelve hours. Failure to do so is punishable as a Class 1 Misdemeanor. This will result in 12 months jail time and a $2,500 fine. The report must include: place of occurrence, mother?s maiden name, social security, race, age, education level, marital status, prior reproductive history, number of pre-natal visits for this pregnancy and lots of other personal information.
So let?s get this straight, in the 12 hours after you have a miscarriage, probably the worst time in your life, you have to call the cops and give them a lot of private information that you probably can?t even remember. Right http://www.bloggingbaby.com/entry/1234000993026551/
Even More VA Idiocy Virginia may execute a killer because he's no longer retarded. Years ago, he scored 59 on an I.Q. test, qualifying as too retarded to be constitutionally executed. (The cutoff in Virginia is 70.) He recently took another I.Q. test and scored 76. His lawyer blames the improvement on the inmate's participation in litigating his appeals--"a forced march towards increased mental stimulation," according to the psychologist who tested him. Law-and-order spin: Low test scores are a joke. Anybody smart enough to plan a crime like this one is competent to be executed. Civil rights spin: I.Q. increases with age, so the state can retest an inmate for years until he scores too high. Cynical spin: The test nails exactly the wrong people, because anybody too dumb to figure out how to score below 70 when his life is at stake really is too retarded to be executed.
