Converting FAT32 to NTFS in XP Home

I've been seriously considering doing this, if only for the added security. I was wondering if anyone had done this, and if they've encountered any problems in doing so.

The only time I have had problem with the conversion is when we lost power halfway through. Be sure you are on a UPS before you start.
