been lurking here awhile and finally decided to post.
i was wondering if anyone had any experiences tripping on an airplane?
i am thinking about visiting Japan this summer to visit some friends, and was thinking about taking off with a belly full of cubensis for kicks. the flight from NY to Tokyo is 14 hours long, and not all that exciting, so i figured i'd spice it up and get tripped out.
however, are there any security issues i should avoid? obviously i would plan on eating the little darlings in a bathroom or something after checking my baggage and before heading to my terminal. i cannot foresee any problems arising - other than me potentially tripping out so bad that i geeking on everyone around me ( i can see it now, me pointing at some poor old japanese lady and telling her how her face just grew lego shapes and then turned into a frog ).
anyone done this before flying? any problems?

i can imagine now the first time you hit turbulence and the women afraid of flying starting to scream.
either gonna make you laugh or shit your pants and start crying.
my advice? not in a million fucking years would i try that...
well ok, yeah i probly would but i cant advise that type of behavior.

shrooms are an emotional rollercoaster, odds are those security guards and metal detectors will make you really scared and you won't have that much of a good time. I would get something less unnerving for a fun "trip", like acid...

i tried it once and had a good time. i ate a small handfull of hawaiians on the subway ride to schipol airport -- opting to trip for the first time without any possibility of weed. i dont remember much of checking in but once i made it to the departure terminal and got a heineken it turned quite pleasant. i put "the wall" on headphones and thoroughly retreated into a very surreal place. despite not being able to get high on the plane and the small dose i ate, i was a good deal high and tripped out after boarding and for the duration of the flight, which i don't remember but could've been 3-5 hours, all the the way through to my arrival in italy. i remember the italian cartoons and the italian version of "trigger-happy tv" were terrific!
overall i think a low dose of shrooms or acid is pontentiated by the strange experience as well as the physiological effects of flying. so maybe you could take a lower-than-normal dose and still have a fullfilling trip.

I just did this actually - I was on a return flight from working in Chicago, IL to Dallas, Tx. I had been partying/chilling with some friends in the area the night before and one of them had both acid and X, given that I had never candy flipped I decided that that was a good time to try. I had both but was so drunk I didn't take them and instead decided to save the 3 hits of acid and 2 tabs for later.
I was the airport when it struck me, NOW IS THE TIME FOR GREATNESS. I went to the bathroom about 80 minutes prior to boarding and ingested all 3 hits of acid. The flight was about to get a lot more interesting...
Well anyway this isn't a trip report but suffice to say it was one of the most incredible and mind blowing experiences of my life. The clouds, the passing farmland, city lights, all of them were exquisite. While I would not recommend this to anyone at all, since it obviously has many security issues and possible chances to freak out and I would not want to be responsible for ANY of that - but I had a good time, and if you are confident you CAN do it, then.....

i don't know about the mush, but a hit of acid sounds like it'd be fine. if you do decide to take the mush you'll prolly want a xanax or somethin, just in case u need to chill out...
