inoculate or incubation? your title says incubation
they should be put in the dark after you inoculate

psychopsilocybin, these are very elementary questions you are asking, and it looks like you haven't even tried to read any TEKs.

read the teks man. you should already know the answer to those questions before you even order your spores.

There is a PF Tek that says incubate with the light on to induce pinning as soon as possible. That same tek also tells you to wait intil pins form before birthing the cakes though and I dont really agree with that either.

I'd just keep them in the dark, but in all honesty, it probably wont matter to much since mycelium wont usually pin until its consumed all its nutes anyway..

I understand where his confusion is coming from, he HAS read the teks and that's why he's confused. Scatmanrav mentioned it, and it's what I noticed when I first started reading the teks. The original PF tek says to incubate in indirect sunlight, and most of the others say to incubate in the dark. It's a valid question, but I think he's got his answer now.

Excerpt from one of my textbooks:
Therefore, between a then and its matching else, there cannot be an if statement without an else. Statements must be distinguished between those that are matched and those that are unmatched, where unmatched statements are else-less ifs and all other statements are matched.
I wonder if that would make more sense if I was tripping when I read it.

People can be quick to jump on others but we get ALOT of people not doing much research and asking the same questions as everyone else like they want you to hold their hand. Gets people ready to pounce even if there WAS cause (which I think, as you said, there was here) for the question
