blotches on caps

One of my casings has fruits with dark blotches on the caps and ive heard this is due to contams... Just wondering if i can still grab prints from these and/or dry them and gobble them??

Ive found H202 mist water shit willl make the caps slimy and spotty also, ive never heard of it as a contam, but what do i know, it prolly could be now that i think abut it... i dunno my PF poriginals that where blotchy i though cuz i sprayed em, i ate em anyways hehe.
