In Canada, psilocybin.psilocin are schedule 3 drugs. I think the max. amount of jail-time you can get is 10 years. This is if you are growing a huge shit-load of shrooms, and they know you're selling it. If you're caught with a few cakes and there's no baggie's/scales/etc. laying around, then you might not even get jailtime.

In Cali, I am sure that the penalties are harsher.

As far as time and laws etc... your best bet is to go to the library laws are different for every state some states have truth and sentencing some states have sentencing guidlines there is no true way for 1 person to answer this question.

You can also consult an attorney for free BUT he would have to check the laws and call you back most likely and in this scenario you would have to leave your name.
Or you could call on behalf of a friend etc...

shrooms are illegal in all 50 states. florida has an
exception because of the amount of different types of legal
shrooms. if you had a mixed bag your ok. only psilos and
your up the creek.
