I saw sporelab, but have seen complaints about large numbers of contaminated syringes.

Really? I think that was www.sporechicks.com.
As far I know max from sporelab hasn?t had this kind of problems recently.

I've used sporelab in the past, yet to have a problem with them... Ordered both prints and syringes, about the same price (Exact same price actually), but with a more exotic selection (frequently changes)...
Given a choice, I'd rather send email and communicate with the person than just sending money to an address. I know the content MAY be illegal, but ya know what? I trust a person more than an address.
Only thing bad about ALL pages of this matter is that they look old, more professional, less like a 12-year-old-learning-how-to-code-HTML did it... all most of them really need to complete the effect is a .
In prints, you normally use a quarter inch of spores to make a syringe or two... to use a full print (Say 2 square inches) is to invite disaster: Longer exposure of the print to air, longer contact with anything, more open to contamination... After your first set of shrooms / syringes, you should be able to make your own. Trust me, not difficult if you're careful.

I'm glad you didn't have trouble with them. I am certainly not suggesting that I *will* have trouble with them, but most often look to testimonials to judge the merit of a dealer in any business (especially this type :).
I just saw a thread of posts where people were talking about sporlab sending out multiple contaminated syringes.
This will be my first foray into this sort of thing, and would be a real bummer to get contaminated syringes. It may even be enough to turn me off of growing.

Where's the thread that says CaptainMax (SporeLab) is sending out contam'ed syringes? I can't find it. I think you mean "SporeChicks", because there's a thread about them sending out some contam'ed syringes...
I wouldn't worry too much about purchasing spores from either 3m or Capt. Max, you can trust them both. It's just gonna come down to what strain you prefer, because they both offer different one's...

Did you read that entire thread? Captain Max and Ralph (who posted the "rumours" of contaminated syringes) have been "enemies" for quite some time now. I wouldn't belive anything Ralph says about Max, and vice versa.
As I said before, if you're in Canada and you want to buy some syringes, go to 3M or Capt.Max, they are both good. I assure you that you have nothing to worry about when ordering from these two vendors.

i use sporelab, and i have no problem with contamination at all and the spores are very viable and colonize fast. captain max is very reliable
