Does this sound right for heating setup?

Hey guys, want to make sure these temps sound good.

Have a heating pad on TOP of six jars, set to low. In between the pad and the jar lids are a few magazines. My thermometer (digital, in/out) says the top of the lids are 93 degrees and the air between the jars is 85 degrees F.

They're sealed using Ramsey seals, so I figure the dry verm and aluminum foil will hopefully insulate the jars enough to keep the actual cake around 85. That sound right?

Also, is 93 hot enough to be a problem? They're Lipa Yais from thailand, so I assume 93 is a safe max and 85 a safe low, am I correct?
