Dunking w/o a fridge

How should I go about doing this? Should I get some sort of tub and keep them in the tub with ice in there, or what?? Thanks :rasta:

use cold water with a small amount of h2o2, change it often to avoid it warming up. you can dunk in room temp water but that is without a cold shock
