Finding a lost friend
    #3752163 - 02/08/05 08:07 PM (13 years, 7 months ago)

A friend and I were unfortunatly split from one another. I'd like to find that old friend. I'm thinking of hiring a private investigator to conduct a search with the use of my friend's full name and borough of residence. Can I do this? If so, any clue how much this investigator might charge?

More than likely it would be $50 to $100 and take the guy 30 min.

Or you can go find him your self. Start by using the Internet to search for him. Phone books are another good place. If you are not sure if the number is your friend then call and ask.

Or you can use USSEARCH.com They run about $50. I used them to find someone that needed to have there knee caps re-adjusted. :whack:

That was a joke for those who may think otherwise. USSEARCH.COM does a good job but once you give them your e-mail they will spam you so make a junk e-mail on hotmail just for them.

:goodluck:

If you need help finding him let me know.

States with Appraisal districts (Property tax) now have 90% of the property information available and searchable on the internet. Assuming you know where to look.

The above comes in handy when trading with some one. It is interesting when the address for the person comes up as being owned by the City

Online phone books are great as well.

Several years back I also was looking for an old friend. I used a company with the name (believe it or not) Find A Friend. The url is http://www.findafriend.com/ I just checked and they are still in business. They have great prices and very fast turnaround. The more information you can provide, the better. Check 'em out. And good luck.

if you have his name and last known address, simply pay $1 at the post office and
they can give you aa forwarding address, this was one of the more effective tools I used when doing reposessions.
