Long term petri storage?

been looking at the sleeves of pre-sterilized agar plates over at myco supply and it says "best if used in 30 days".
Is there any way to store these for a longer amount of time? Is freezing an option? I'm new to agar.

I apologize if this is the wrong forum for this.

if they are well sealed and stored a little above freezing you can keep them for about 3 months before they dry out
