I don't know how this picture will view for you guys. Right away when I uploaded it from my camera it was brighter and really cool looking. And now on my computer screen it seems much darker.

yeah, I just randomly decide to take pictures of things. I wish I had a nice digi cam, cause I just use my digital video camera which takes almost halfway decent photo's.
I like how this picture looks kind of like it has ripples in it from the bottom curving and stuff.

nalgene's are great. practically impossible to break. Of course it is possibly, and you really do need to try. But if you do you can get a free one. Anywho, yeah. I have some more pictures that I can upload right now. They aren't anything special though. I just sometimes get bored, will ATTEMPT to take an interesting picture, I personally do not think I am anything special at photography. I have an occasional cool picture. The rest are pretty much blah.

Hey man, that ring looks just like the band I gave to my wife when I proposed!!
I was dead broke at the time and couldn't afford to buy a ring. So I went to my buddy's machine shop, stuck a bar of titanium in the lathe, and cut a pure titanium band as an engagement ring. My wife still wears it from time to time.
I snapped a quick pic of it...but my upload limit won't roll over for another 15 minutes. I'll post it here shortly!

Interesting. That ring is the outer part of a bearing from a skateboard wheel. Funny thing was I was going to give it to a girl as a ring like 6 years ago cause I really liked her and had no money to actually get her something. I cleaned it up and shit, but never gave it to her.

Oh, and in keeping with the title of the thread...here is my nalgene bottle (with the leftover water from sunday's hike still in it) . I've had this one for about a decade. You wouldn't believe the places this bottle has been!! And I wouldn't even hazard to guess how many gallons of water I've drank out of it.

i have 2 nalgenes. Neither have actually been anywhere SPECIAL or COOL yet. Your's is like a grandpa to tell stories to my 2 nalgenes....wow, was that lame?

i heard you aren't supposed to put them in the dishwasher...that's what someone told me and that's why it smelled funny. I haven't put my newer one in the dishwasher at all so it doesn't smell funky.
