What kind of foods can one eat to help them fall asleep?

Bananas are 'supposed' to help you sleep, but i didnt notice any help.

I've spent the last 3 years on about 3-4 hrs sleep per night, havent found anythin to help really. Sleeping pills are no use what so ever, in my case at least.

Turkey is one...has something in there that makes you pass out

Anything with Serotonin in it, or melatonine.

tryptophan. it is in many things, most usualy mentioned in milk and turkey.
