is it CY as in SIBLING? and the BE is just BEE right?

I went to a mushroom show with plenty of experts and they all pronounced Psilocybe as Sill Oss Sih Bee, sounds kinda like Philosophy. That is hard for me to take since I have always pronounced it Sill Oh Sibe, but I am working on getting used to it. I don't think I heard anyone say cubensis, but I am pretty sure it sounds like its spelled. Cube En Sis.

It doesn't really matter how you pronounce it as long as you don't butcher it completely.

I prefer SILL-UH-SYBIN personally because it rolls off the tongue so much easier. RR pronounces it SILL-AH-SYBIN though, so I'd go with that.
