There are 2 or 3 big shrooms that are coming off the cakes and there almost ready. They have green coloration going up towards the cape about 3/4 the way up the stem is this infection? There is also looking like the whtie stuff on the cakes is dieg with a blue coloration with it.

Some times the yellow of the stem can mix with the blue of the magic oxidizing so i dont think you have contams. When you pick the shrooms, use a razor to cut into the green part and see what's up. Odds are it is slight bruising from the shrooms getting big.

Is it blue? If its blue its ok...if its green, rub it with a cue tip. If green comes off, they're bad. If not, they're good. If they are contamed, they would probably be wet, slimey, hollow and nasty.
