    #3742741 - 02/06/05 11:23 PM (11 years, 9 months ago)

my buddy's (really!) plant..  it's about two and a half weeks into the budding stage.  it smells sooooo good when you sniff right next to the little buds.

damn, i can't wait to try his homegrown goodness when it's ready to harvest.

here's my favorite one.. damn i love my new camera

i will be taking more later on this week.. whenever he gets back from being at his family's place.  maybe i'll post 'em.

He's been using an HPS for the duration of the vegitative/flowering growth stage, he just added a bunch of flourescents to give it a nice boost of light..

I suppose "string-training" is the term, but I know he has guided the shoots in different directions with little pieces of string.  the results are that huge bushy shrub of a plant.

I have an identical garden in my closet right now, but am experiencing an issue with my tops being lightly burnt. The pistils seems to be much shorter and orange, while I still have long white-pistled growth towards the bottom.

Any recommendations on how to get the bottom to catch up? It seems like the tops are much more mature, and much shorter length haired.

it's not my plant so i'm not sure what could be done for the bottoms, i'm not sure what the bottoms are?

i figure if the tops are getting burnt then they're too close to your light?

dunno.. i'm not the mastermind behind this plant, just the photographer.

Personally, LST.

Basically, just tie the branches in position, and get those smaller buds into the light.
